REFUND POLICY
Returning or exchanging an item
Miles and Moone ("Miles and Moone") will accept returns for any unused items within 14 days of receiving them.
If returning any items, the items must be returned to Miles and Moone in its original packaging and unopened. Customers should retain evidence of the items having been sent to Miles and Moone.
No refund will be made if the items are not received by Miles and Moone and no such evidence of Miles and Moone receiving the items is available.

Damaged items
Any items received damaged, please email milesandmoone@yahoo.com for further instructions and please include photographic evidence so we can escalate a claim with Royal Mail.
Cancelling an order
If you would like to cancel your order then please contact us, if however, your order has already been dispatched you will need to return the order to us.
